Designing collective energy
Some experiences are meant to belong to everyone.
Public festivals turn event design into city-scale hospitality: programming, partnerships, sponsorship, logistics and atmosphere all need to work together.
The public dimension
A festival is a living system.
Professional festival experience behind ELEVEN includes Family Fun Festival, Cheese Meats Bread, Beirut International Beer Event, Middle East Gaming Festival and NOEL Avec ELLE.
The work extended beyond production into concept creation, strategic partnerships, programming development, operational systems, logistics, sponsor management, festival operations and public audience engagement.
The experience changes every minute because the audience is helping to create it.
That is what makes festivals different from controlled private environments: the concept has to survive movement, volume, weather, queues, food, entertainment, sponsors, families and spontaneous behavior — without losing its identity.
Selected platforms
Community, culture and participation.
Some of these initiatives were built in collaboration with institutional or media partners, reinforcing the connection between public experience and broader cultural engagement.
Family Fun Festival
A community-centered platform focused on family engagement, education and social interaction; portfolio material notes collaboration with UNIC — United Nations Information Center.
Cheese Meats Bread
A food-centered public event; portfolio material notes collaboration with Beirut Municipality.
BIBE & MEG Fest
Public entertainment platforms bringing together programming, audiences, partners and festival-scale operations.

What public work teaches
Experience is choreography at scale.
The most valuable festival learning is not only creative. It is operational: how to make a large audience feel free while the system underneath remains controlled.
Programming
Build reasons to stay, return and move through the space.
Partners
Align sponsors and institutions without breaking the audience experience.
Operations
Design logistics, suppliers and audience flows around real human behavior.
Identity
Make the event recognizable enough to grow into a recurring platform.
Planning a public experience?
Make the crowd part of the story.
ELEVEN can develop concepts and operational frameworks for festivals, city activations and public-facing cultural experiences.
